Hello Planner Besties!
I get a lot of questions about what sticker paper I use and about my printer.
First things First, you are going to need a printer and ink! Now what type of printer you use is totally up to you. You can pick up a cheap color canon printer for under $50.00 at Walmart. But you won’t have a high quality printed sticker. It’s going to depend on your own budget on what you want to spend printing your stickers. I will tell you what I use this doesn’t mean that you can’t make your own stickers if you don’t have the same items that I have. Find what works for YOU, remember stickers are a TOOL to help you stay on track and organized.
What printer do I have? I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8216 and I am signed up for HP Instant Ink. I love that the 8216 has two trays to print from. This HP Printer has 4 separate ink tanks. This is my personal preference over having a tricolor. I got my printer from Amazon and as of right now it’s $75.95. If you need a referral link for HP Instant Ink you can use mine.
What sticker paper do you use? I use Online Labels my favorite is the Weatherproof Matte Inkjet OL177WJ.
Now in my personal opinion for the color payout with matte paper, the ranking for Online Labels is:
- Waterproof Matte Inkjet
- Standard White Matte
- Removable White Matte
The best by far is the Waterproof and it’s a noticeable difference.
Online Labels does offer free samples if you want to try them out for yourself to see. You can click this link to order some now!
